performances. Lisa began her career as a classical singer at the Newcastle Conservatorium and is now in high demand on the cabaret, corporate and cruise circuits.
For her outstanding performances as a solo performer, production shows and her covers band she has won a multitude of Mo and Ace Awards over the past few years.
Some have asked why the variation in days of the week? The answer is simple! Social groups have their favourite days to go on day trips and so we vary the days of the week to suit their regular schedules.
Looking forward very much to your company on your favourite day. Cheers from Aunty Molly’s!
Aunty Molly’s Seniors’ Entertainment Events
After 30 years, Aunty Molly’s Seniors’ Entertainment Events has now moved premises from The Olde Bakehouse at Morisset to a new venue at Wyong Golf Club, situated on the old Pacific Highway at Wyong North. Just 50 minutes from Wahroonga and only a few kms off the M1 Motorway, the Club is set in beautiful and tranquil surroundings with amazing views over the golf course, excellent food and drinks at club prices…. a winner all round!
Aunty Molly’s specializes in Cabaret Restaurant Theme Lunches for bus tours and social groups with variable dates each month hopefully to suit your regular outing days. However, flexibility is handy. This venue makes the perfect entertaining lunchtime stopover when you’re travelling north or south via the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie or en route to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Reservations and prepayments are essential. There is ample car and bus parking and disabled facilities. The Club is also very accessible by train, being only a few minutes bus ride from Wyong Railway Station on the main Sydney to Newcastle line with full elevator and disabled access services.
The business has come a long way since the McLeans bought the Old Bakehouse back in 1989. At first they continued where they left off in Sydney by selling old furniture and antiques. In 1991, Toni opened a small 24 seat tea shop to complement the antique business. In ensuing years the tea shop grew into an award winning restaurant catering for thousands of visitors and tourists each year. Alas, demand is such that they have, for many years, been unable to accommodate the numbers at The Olde Bakehouse hence, finally, the move to a more spacious venue.
Toni McLean (also known as Toni Stevens) is a professional multi award winning entertainer and has promoted Aunty Molly’s as an entertainment venue for Seniors Tours, presenting the best in old fashioned traditional comedy, singalongs and the best value morning tea and two course lunch. With a different theme each month of the year, word of mouth has made it one of NSW’s most sought after venues by touring groups and social clubs. Functions commence at 11am and conclude around 2pm.
