at Naughty Noodle Fun Haus

As part of the 2020 Central Coast Festival of Women for this International Women’s Day the Naughty Noodle Fun Haus is back with a new Super-Shero evening of entertainment presenting “Rayon Riot II.
“Some of the strongest forces behind persistent gender gaps are harmful social norms and stereotypes that limit expectations of what women can or should do. These barriers discriminate against women. They are all around us, and they are deeply ingrained. It’s going to take everyone to think and be inclusive – all the time, everywhere to ensure collectively each one of us can help create a gender equal world, Let’s broaden perceptions and celebrate womankind in all her diversity” said Creative Director Glitta Supernova.
Across the world this year’s International Women’s Day 2020 theme is #EachforEqual and after the success of last year’s sold out IWD event featuring women of all abilities, ages, indigenous cultures & various art forms the Noodles are back again embracing the divine feminine in all her diversity, with storytelling, song, burlesque, performance art & comedy.
An evening shining a spotlight on the breathtaking diversity and voice of female identified women unleashed with hostess and Creative Director Glitta Supernova who is one of four finalists for the highly coveted NSW woman of the year Award, Minister for Women Bronnie Taylor congratulated the finalists “These incredible women come from all walks of life but the one thing they have in common is that they are inspiring achievers for their communities.”
With a She-hero, comic book formula intentionally leveraging the power of Arts & Culture to serve our community interest while driving a broader agenda for change, growth & transformation in this 2020 episode of Rayon Riot II; you’ll laugh and you’ll cry as the event focuses on the repackaging of feminism as the ultimate countercultural movement!
The event states “Rose coloured glasses will be easily removed by our unique patenting system which seamlessly busts through absurd media portrayals of women and IGNITES your inner compass. Together we will recalibrate with intent to save the world in a multi-generational riot of Body, Sex and Gender Positive Performance of the Fringe kind”.
