Shell to Showroom – Step behind the scenes in our restricted-access grading room, discover Australia’s pioneering pearling history, witness a live pearl harvest, and cruise out to our oyster leases on the Hawkesbury.
Farm to Plate – Visit a working oyster lease, see sustainable aquaculture in action, and return to shore for a guided oyster tasting, learning to shuck like a pro.
Oyster & Pearl Lovers Tour – Our most immersive experience, combining pearl grading, live harvest, and native oyster tasting into one unforgettable adventure.
Prefer to take things slower? Simply order a dozen fresh-shucked oysters and enjoy the river breeze at our outdoor tables overlooking Spectacle Island.
