Farm to Plate
Savour the taste of New South Wales finest oysters and discover their unique characteristics in this delicious 1.5-hour experience. Cruise to our saltwater paddocks, taste local Sydney Rock, Pacific, and Akoya pearl oysters, and enjoy an oyster shucking demonstration to perfect your skills at home.
Oyster and Pearl Lovers Tour
For those wanting the full Broken Bay experience, this 3-hour tour combines all our highlights including a scenic cruise, immersive pearl grading, oyster tasting, and shucking demonstration. To make your visit even easier we now offer complimentary transfers from Hawkesbury River Train Station.
