9 Awards for Little Creek Cheese

Cheesy smiles all round for Little Creek Cheese

Once a year, the Sydney Royal hosts the Cheese and Dairy Produce Awards. Entries come from far and wide not just NSW. The Central Coast based small family owned and operated cheese factory Little Creek Cheese entered 9 of their cheeses for judging. All 9 won an award.

Little Creek Cheese is located in Wyong, on the Central Coast of NSW. They have been in operation for 13 years this year and luckily not unlucky. “There’s no luck in our cheese making, it’s just time, care and love that make our cheeses amazing” said Sue Parsons, cheese maker / owner.

The nine entries brought home 1 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze which has the team smiling with a big cheesy grins. “Whether people try our cheese in a café or restaurant or buy some from our retail partners, they know it’s not just a standard cheese. We try for lots of different flavours and it’s all made by hand the old fashion way” states Russell Parsons, cheese maker / owner.

The cheese factory is open to the public 7 days a week and is located in the heritage listed Wyong Milk Factory.
